An electronic copy (PDF format) of your home appraisal will be emailed to you immediately after it is completed. This is to ensure that you get the information you need as fast as possible.

To prepare for a home appraisal, ensure that the property is clean and free of clutter. Note: It does not have to be perfect; we do not appraise housekeeping.
Please provide the appraiser (in writing) with any relevant documents or information about recent improvements or renovations.
Of course, you can walk and talk with the appraiser during the property inspection, but you don’t have to.
However, it is always a good idea to be at the property with the appraiser, even if you stay in another room, just in case questions arise about the property.
I’m sure your lender will provide you with a copy of your home appraisal upon request, however, we are not allowed to provide you with a copy of your appraisal if it was ordered by another party/client, even if you paid the bank for it.
