OUR COVERAGE AREA EXPANDS

Spurgeon Appraisals has spent the past few years building a reputation for professional, reliable appraisals throughout northeastern Missouri, western Illinois, and southeastern Iowa. Our name has been spreading throughout this region, and we have found ourselves doing more work across an ever-growing area to answer requests for our services. Since we have been doing appraisals in these more distant counties, we have decided to widen our official coverage area to include a total of fifty counties. We now provide agricultural and commercial appraisals in the counties shown below within the red border.
This expansion of our company has only been possible because of the loyalty of our clients. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their continued business over the past several years. We hope that our expanded service area will give us even more opportunities to work with you in the future.
